I am a BACP senior accredited psychotherapist with extensive clinical experience, working from a pleasant and accessible consulting room in central Guildford.
Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, but what I offer is a secure, confidential and genuinely reflective space. Having that safety allows us to be curious about and explore the deeper roots of whatever is causing dissatisfaction or distress in your life.
I bring an open mind and empathy to our work, allowing space for you to find greater clarity and self-compassion.
